General

The SXW-1 distributor is a progressive metering device build in a sandwich construction. They consist of a aluminum baseplate and different metering elements that can be exchanged individually or completely with the base plate. The outlets are part of the baseplate which ensures easy replacement of segments when necessary. The number and feed rate or the lubrication points can easily be changed as required at any time by the use of dummy elements. The metering outlets cover a metering volume of 0.10 up to 0.90 cm3 per outlet. The combination of up to 4 outlets is possible.

Special ventilation screws make it possible to release lubricant from the distributor in case of a blocked point. The distributor doesn’t have to be replaced.

Available with pressure indicator, proximity switch, flow control valve, flow limiter or directional valve.
