Gearboxes and highly stressed bearings require special attention and need to be effectively lubricated and stay as cool as possible. Especially for those kind of applications Groeneveld-BEKA manufactures oil circulation systems according to customer specifications.

Oil circulation systems keep the oil free from dirt particles, air and water and can assure the best possible operating temperature that is necessary for the application to prevent wear and corrosion.

The system is driven by a customized pump station which includes a pump unit, a reservoir, PLV and an oil level indicator. In addition the system can be extended according to the needs with additional devices like pressure gauges, oil/air cooling unit, temperature sensors etc.

Distribution of the oil is most commonly done in combination with progressive distributors.

Single-line lubrication

Multi-line lubrication

The HAMAX range offers a lubrication system for hydraulic breakers or other construction machinery attachments. They are designed to mount directly on the attachment, compact but made of sturdy material to resist the many forces they have to endure.
