The Twin system consists of a high-performance pump, an external control unit with CAN bus connection, a real-time clock, an internal memory, a pressure relief valve and a minimum fill level switch. For machines that are controlled by a PLC, the Twin XL can also be supplied without a control unit so that the PLC can take over control.

The two main lines supply the grease to high-quality metering devices. A wide range of metering devices is available to ensure optimum lubrication of all lubrication points. These metering devices can be mounted on distribution blocks in any desired combination and are available in brass or stainless steel.

Extending the system to include removable equipment is no challenge with this system. By adding a quick coupling, the system can easily be expanded to lubricate additional components.

The pump can be installed directly on a robust, extra-large, refillable 40-liter grease container or in a grease drum. The pump is equipped with a follower plate that ensures complete grease utilization and prevents the ingress of air and condensation to maintain the integrity of the lubricant. It also allows the use of biodegradable greases.
