BEKA EA/ES-Series
General
The ES range pumps are suitable to use both oil and fluid grease and have a delivery volume of 0.4 liter per minute. The EA pumps are only suitable to use with oil, but have a higher delivery capacity. The EA3 pumps can deliver 1 and the EA6 even 2 liter per minute.
All pumps in the range are available as a gear pump only or in combination with a wide range of reservoirs varying from 1.5 up to 30 liters. And even with a 30 liter reservoir the system is still quite compact.
All reservoirs are equipped with an oil level gauge to control the level in the reservoir. You also have to option to order the pump in combination with a float switch for use with oil or a level switch for fluid grease. The level switch protects the pump unit and the machine that needs to be lubricated against damage resulting from a lack of lubricant. The pump units can be equipped with a pressure gauge for visual monitoring of the pressure.
Another benefit of the ES/EA Series, the gear pump is lubricated by the delivering medium and, hence, it’s maintenance free.
All pump units have to be controlled with an external control unit. They can be used in combination with single-line metering units or oil-air mixing distributors to use as a spray lubrication system.
